PAYMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Below are the terms and conditions relating to our brand new payment plan for the 2024/25 Vanarama National League season.
1. ‘Gold Memberships’ can be bought using the payment plan, the terms of which are set out below.
2. The payment plan option is available to any customer purchasing a Gold Membership in the “Eligibility Period”, which may be shortened or extended by us at our discretion.
3. The payment plan enables customers to pay for their membership in instalments which includes an initial non-refundable deposit paid at the time of purchase followed by a series of monthly instalments as set in more detail on the payment plan schedule.
4. Customers should be clear that, at the point of completing the deposit payment for your gold membership, you are committing to paying your membership in full.
5. Instalments will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card on or around the dates as set out in the payment plan schedule and without further notice to you.
6. Should, for any reason. an instalment payment not been authorised, you will be contacted for an alternative card or given the chance to make funds immediately available. Any alternative card used must belong to, and be in the name of, the original purchaser.
7. If payment is not made within 7 days your membership will be placed automatically on hold, meaning your access to York Road on match days will be temporarily revoked (and not work at the turnstiles) until the monthly instalment has been paid.
8. If payment has not been made within 28 days of the relevant instalment period you will be required to pay the full outstanding balance for your membership. Once payment has been received membership card will be taken off hold and you will be able to access York Road again on match days.
9. Each order is subject to a per membership booking and service charge fee. Please note that all fees are non-refundable even if a membership is forfeited and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever.
