Following the launch of 2026/27 Early Bird Gold and Platinum Memberships, and with the club moving to a new ticketing provider, we’ve pulled together some frequently asked questions to help supporters ahead of the new season.
What Memberships are currently on sale?
Early Bird Gold and Platinum Memberships for the 2026/27 season are now on sale.
Gold Memberships are available as Standing or Seated options, while Platinum Memberships are new for the 2026/27 campaign and are available in limited numbers.
Silver Memberships will be released during general sale and are not part of the Early Bird window.
Have Membership prices increased?
No. The club has frozen Membership prices from last season.
Early Bird pricing gives supporters the chance to secure their Membership at the best available rate ahead of the new campaign.
What is included in a Gold Standing Membership?
Gold Standing Membership includes entry to all 23 home league fixtures during the 2026/27 season.
Members will also receive exclusive access to a behind-closed-doors training session and post-training Q&A with the players and management team, as well as exclusive offers during the season.
What is included in a Gold Seated Membership?
Gold Seated Membership includes all the benefits of Gold Standing Membership, plus a reserved seat in the main stand.
Reserved seats will be personalised with your name and available for all home league fixtures.
What is the new Platinum Membership?
Platinum Membership is a new Membership option for the 2026/27 season, offering supporters an enhanced matchday experience at York Road.
Platinum Members receive all the benefits of Gold Membership, as well as access to the Devonshire Bar for all Saturday home league fixtures, complimentary tea and coffee at half-time, the option to pre-order food, access to a private bar, and a complimentary lanyard and printed Membership card.
Are Platinum Memberships limited?
Yes. Platinum Memberships are available in limited numbers, so supporters interested in this option are encouraged to purchase early.
Who qualifies as a Concession?
Concession pricing applies to those aged over 65, students with valid ID, and registered disabled supporters.
Who qualifies for Next Generation pricing?
Next Generation pricing applies to supporters aged 16–22.
Who qualifies for Junior pricing?
Junior pricing applies to supporters under the age of 16.
Can I spread the cost of my Membership?
Yes. Gold and Platinum Memberships can be purchased via a payment plan for the 2026/27 season.
The payment plan consists of an initial 25% non-refundable deposit taken at the time of purchase, followed by five equal monthly payments of 15%. Payments will be taken on 1st August, 1st September, 1st October, 1st November and 1st December 2026.
Are payment plan prices different?
Yes. Payment plan prices differ slightly from standard Early Bird prices.
Payment plan totals start from £75 for Junior Standing, £150 for Next Generation Standing, £220 for Concession Standing and £270 for Adult Standing. Adult Platinum Membership via payment plan is priced at £450. Please note there is an additional £1 per instalment fee through INTIX.
What am I committing to when choosing a payment plan?
Supporters choosing the payment plan option are committing to paying the full payment plan price for their 2026/27 Gold or Platinum Membership.
When does the Early Bird window close?
The Early Bird window runs until 5 July 2026.
After this date, general sale pricing will apply for Gold Memberships.
Will Silver Memberships be available?
Yes. Silver Memberships will be available during general sale only and are not part of the Early Bird window.
Silver Membership includes priority access to purchase discounted match tickets, exclusive access to a behind-closed-doors training session and post-training Q&A, and exclusive offers during the season.
How do I buy my Membership?
Memberships are available to purchase through the club’s new ticketing platform.
Supporters should visit the club’s ticketing portal and follow the instructions to select their preferred Membership category.
I need help buying my Membership. Who should I contact?
Supporters who require assistance with purchasing a Membership should contact INTIX directly.

Can I buy my Membership in-person?
Yes. The club will be holding in-person Membership sales in the boardroom at York Road during the following times:
Monday, 8th June – 10am-2pm
Friday, 26th June – 2pm-6pm
The boardroom is located adjacent to the York Road turnstiles.
Can I log on to the ticketing website with my details from last season?
No, we have a new ticketing provider which is a much more customer friendly way of buying tickets. It does mean you need to create a new registration when you buy your Membership. It is a simple process and will take less than a minute.
When will fixtures be released?
Fixtures for the 2026/27 Enterprise National League South season will be released on Friday, 10th July. Tickets for all fixtures will be available shortly afterwards.
