Club Statement - Club and Community Trust Board Changes

The Board can confirm that Bob Hussey, Graham Alfred and Ken Chandler have stepped down as Directors of the Club. 

 

Everyone will be very aware of the significant contributions Bob, Graham and Ken have made to the growth of the Club both on and off the pitch over many years, for which we are very grateful. Their contributions on the Board will be sorely missed. 

 

The Board are pleased to confirm that Bob will remain as the Club’s Vice Chairman, and that both Graham and Ken have accepted the position of Senior Life Vice-Presidents of the Club. All will remain actively engaged with the Club in the years to come. 

 

Sian Lancaster has been appointed to the Board taking up the new role of the Club’s Commercial Director, meaning the membership of the board of Maidenhead United FC Ltd is now as follows: 

 

 

The Trustees can confirm that Bob Hussey and Sachin Ghedia have stepped down as Trustees and Jasmine Brown has become a Trustee. 

 

Graham will step down in June this year as Chairman and Trustee with Tanya Davis-Hussain taking over as the Chair of Trustees, meaning that the membership of the Board of Maidenhead United FC Community Trust from June 2025 onwards will be as follows: 

 

 

There are no changes to the freehold ownership of the York Road ground which remains owned by MUFC Ltd. The Directors of MUFC Ltd (formerly known as the Trustees of Maidenhead United’s York Road ground) are Graham Alfred, Bob Hussey and Steve Jinman.
