Maidenhead United Women’s backroom staff is being reshuffled at the end of a very successful 2024/25 season. 
 
With United’s First and Development team having claimed a Berks & Bucks Cup double, First Team Coach Dylan Bhundia will be moving on, with the best wishes of all at MUWFC. Manager Ed Jackson- Norris paid tribute to a popular member of staff: “Dylan has brought a new energy which has invigorated delivery within the women’s team. He has been really effective and has built positive relationships with the group. He has been a trusted sounding board for me to bounce ideas off. We wish him the very best in endeavours in full-time football and we hope that our paths cross in the future.” 
 
Meanwhile, Development Team manager Ryan Robinson will move into a coaching role with the First Team. Ed added: “Ryan has done an incredible job in taking the Development Team to the next level and we are excited about the value he can bring to the first team set up.” Ryan’s role with the Development Team will now be take by experienced coach Chris Maynard, with Ed equally excited about the young talent that the club are being able to attract: “Chris Maynard will step up from assisting Ryan with the Development Team into the management role for that crucial part of the club. We have every faith in his abilities to take the Development Team onto further success.”
