Dave Kitson’s Maidenhead United Women face a tough opening day assignment as they start their season on Sunday 17th August at Swindon Town Women. The Robinesses – who took six points off the Magpies last season - finished in third place in the FA Women’s National League Division 1 South West table last season and will consider themselves amongst the favourites for promotion from Tier 4 in 2025/26. The first home league match will take place at York Road on Sunday 24th August when Keynsham Town – defeated twice by the Magpies last season – will make the trip up the M4.

United will face Berkshire rivals Ascot United for the first time in the National League next season after the Yellas promotion from the Southern Regional League. The derby matches are scheduled for 21st September at York Road and 8th March 2026 at The Racecourse. Meanwhile, the FAWNL Cup competition commences with a group stage for the first time this season. United have been drawn to face Actonians at home on 20th August, Tier 3 AFC Wimbledon away on Sunday 7th September and an attractive fixture against Chelsea Academy at York Road on Sunday 28th September.
