Liberty Makes Rapid Progression

Maidenhead United Women have seen the rise of a number of talented players into senior FAWNL football since the inauguration of our Development team at the start of last season but very few players have enjoyed such a meteoric rise as teenager Liberty Dieppe. 

 

At the end of season ‘23/24, Liberty was part of the Maidenhead United Juniors Under 18s Girls side which won the Berkshire County Girls League Division 2 and Under 18’s League Trophy double. Liberty signed for Maidenhead United Women in the summer of 2024 and – after scoring eight goals for the Development team in the first half of the season - she made her full FAWNL debut at Bridgwater United on 15th December and her senior home debut at York Road the following midweek against Actonians.
