Maidenhead United Football Club is delighted to share a significant update in our ambitions to relocate to a new ground in Braywick Park.

Over the past 12 months, the club has been engaging with the local authority regarding our ambitions to relocate away from York Road, as detailed in our new video, “Our Future”, and on our new dedicated website
Your View Matters
We want you to be part of the journey.

Following our fan forum and stakeholder events earlier this week, we are holding a pop-up event at Braywick Leisure Centre tomorrow (Saturday, 13th December) for residents to engage and provide their views on our proposals. In the new year, we will be hosting focus groups on four key areas to get feedback from local people. If you’re interested in participating, you can apply by completing our feedback form

Maidenhead United encourages all stakeholders to submit their views, allowing us to create a new facility which caters for the needs of everyone connected to Maidenhead United and Braywick Park.
Next Steps
The club will be presenting further information as we receive more feedback and work on finalising our proposals. A full list of frequently asked questions is available here, and we encourage everyone in our community to take a moment to find out more about the move.

Jon Adams, Chief Executive Officer, said: “I am pleased that we have reached a stage where we are able to share more information on our future ambitions.

“Although we are still at an early stage, this is a significant milestone, and I would like to thank the Royal Borough for their engagement with us over the past year.”

Joshua Reynolds, Member of Parliament for Maidenhead, said: “Over the past few months, I have been engaging with Maidenhead United Football Club on their ambitions to grow and continue to deliver social and economic benefits for our community.

“Although we are at an early stage in the process, I am encouraged by the belief that there is a solution which addresses our concerns while also safeguarding and supporting the future of Maidenhead United.

“I look forward to continued collaboration with Maidenhead United over the weeks and months ahead.”
