Maidenhead United Futsal are looking for player sponsors as they enter the 2025/26 season.

Everyone at Maidenhead United is delighted with the success which the Futsal programme has had since its launch in June 2023. As the Magpies’ Futsal teams enter their third season wearing the black and white stripes, players are looking for sponsors.

Maidenhead United Men’s First Team play in the FA NFS Tier 1, the highest level of futsal in England. In their first campaign as Maidenhead United Futsal, United finished fourth securing a spot in the end-of-season playoffs. They followed this with a fifth-place finish last time out, missing out on playoffs by just a single point.

The Men’s side will be looking to go one better as they welcome new Head of Futsal, Ryan Walsh as their Head Coach for the 2025/26 campaign. Maidenhead United spoke to Ryan soon after his appointment to discuss how his experience as a player will help him, along with his plans for the club going forward.

A Development Team also operate on the Men’s side; this team allows for game time for those coming through our academy pathway along with those pushing to play at the highest level of English futsal.

Maidenhead’s Women side have enjoyed second and fourth place finishes across the last two season and go into this season in high hopes under Diogo Luz. With the league format changing, the Women’s team will have a group stage phase before qualifying for the second stage of the campaign – ensuring a consistent flow of games.

Along with league success, Maidenhead United Futsal have seen three players from the Men’s team represent England Futsal. While five players from the Women’s team have also received call-ups to various England sides, including representing England Deaf at the Deaf World Championships.

Everyone at Maidenhead United is incredibly proud of those players who have donned the Three Lions shirt while representing the Magpies. Men’s First Team player Harry Tozer received his first international call up in December last year ahead the Euro 2026 Qualifiers. Making six appearances across the campaign, Harry even managed to grab a phenomenal hat-trick against Switzerland in April - which you can enjoy below.
Goalkeeper Jack Walsh also represented the Three Lions, alongside his brother and Head of Futsal, Ryan. Jack has not only represented the England Futsal team but also been between the sticks for England Partially Sighted. Jack's best bits from his time at Maidenhead and England so far are available for your viewing pleasure below.
Last season we were delighted to also see Lucindha Lawson and Georgia Jones called up for the Deaf World Championships in Italy. Along with this, Sophia Richardson-Hughes was called up for the U19 development programme in the latter stages of the season.

Summer recruitment has matched this as we welcomed two more England Internationals to the Women’s side. Faye Williams brings some great experience to the squad having represented England on both the European and the World stage. Along with the signing of Hazel Miller who has been involved in U19 camps and looks an exciting prospect going forwards.
