The Magpies make the short trip down to the Silverlake Stadium to take on Eastleigh this weekend. 

 

Alan Devonshire’s side will be looking to replicate the spirit of last week’s valiant 1-1 draw against Solihull Moors, with a ten-man United cruelly denied a remarkable three points with the final kick of the game. The Silverlake may be the place to return to winning ways, with fond memories fresh in the mind after April’s 3-2 victory in Hampshire having been 2-0 down after 15 minutes. 

 

The Spitfires, though, will be no easy match with playoff ambitions not out of the question. A surprise 2-1 defeat to Braintree last month spoils an otherwise seven game unbeaten run in the National League, albeit with only one win (against Ebbsfleet) within a plethora of draws.
