Maidenhead United Football Club are looking to recruit Volunteer Coaches to support MUFC Performance for the remainder of the season and beyond. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for football and player development to gain valuable, hands-on experience within a professional football environment. 
 
Role Overview 
Working alongside MUFC Performance staff, successful applicants will support the planning and delivery of training sessions and assist with matchday coaching for U7–U13 boys’ and girls’ teams
 
This is a fully in-person role, with training twice per week and matches on Saturdays
 
The successful coach will gain valuable CPD experience and insight from two former professional footballers and UEFA A Licence coaches, within a supportive learning environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
Supporting the delivery of weekly training sessions 
Assisting with Saturday matchdays 
Contributing to player development in a positive, safe, and professional setting 
Supporting the wider work of the MUFC Performance Department as required 
 
Requirements 
FA First Aid, Safeguarding, Level 1, and UEFA C (support can be provided to obtain these) 
Ability to travel to training and matches 
Strong enthusiasm for football coaching and youth development 
Reliable, organised, and committed attitude
