Maidenhead United are delighted to confirm that Owen Cochrane has extended his contract with the club.
The new deal takes Owen into his third season as a Magpie, after he made a loan move permanent in December 2024. He has featured 73 times in black and white, but we still await the illusive first senior goal for our number 19.

Providing versatility on both flanks, his delivery from wide areas cause havoc in opposition penalty areas. These deliveries twice proved pivotal last campaign as he registered assists for Josh Umerah and Alfie Pendlebury.

Crossing from his natural right flank, Owen delivered for Umerah to head into the bottom corner in Alan Devonshire’s farewell game against Chippenham Town. He swapped wings for his second assist, a corner delivery which Pendlebury glanced home at the near post against Bath City.

Following the confirmation, Ryan Peters said: “I was delighted to hear that Owen had made the decision to extend his stay with us. As a character you couldn’t wish for a better professional. Last season he supported us in number of positions, and drives standards with his performances."
