Maidenhead United secured their place in the third round of the Berks and Bucks Senior Cup in a 3-0 win over AFC Aldermaston on Wednesday night.
Alan Devonshire took the opportunity to rotate the squad, with a maximum of 11 changes to the side which beat Worthing 11 days prior. Asher Yearwood returned to the starting XI, while MUFC Academy's Harry Pashley made his first team debut.
A goalless first half was brought to a close as Callum Harriott was replaced by Quaye Vine - a substitution which would prove pivotal in influencing the scoreline.
Vine scored his first goal just before the hour mark. A cross from Pashley was latched onto by the forward, who used his momentum to touch the ball goal bound.
Only three minutes passed before Noah Stewart scored his first in a Maidenhead shirt. A clever flick up, again the result of a cross from the left, allowed the 21-year-old to tap home from close range.
United sealed the win when Vine scored his second in the 90th minute. Sam Barratt provided the assist, allowing the youngster to volley past Sam Baldock.
The Magpies will make the trip to Winslow United in the next round of the competition. Further details about the fixture will be shared in due course.
