It was a fine five in Buckinghamshire as United scored a handful without response at Penn & Tylers Green. Two from Trialist A, alongside single strikes from Connor Hall, Trialist B and Dan Nkrumah.

It was a dominant opening period for Ryan Peters' men as Freddie Dunham had the best chance before the deadlock was opened as he struck venomously from the edge of the area, but the keeper for the hosts parried away.

As we reahced the midway point of the opening 45, a piece of brilliance from Trialist A unlocked the Penn defence. He weaved through challenges and drove into the area before being upended. He got up and struck the resulting penalty kick into the bottom corner to start the scoring.

Connor Hall made it two, and his second in as many friendlies, on the verge of the half hour mark. Jayden Mitchell-Lawson did well to get to the byline and dink a cross to the back post and Connor was their to nod home with a trademark poacher's finish.

Some good pressure from the United forward line saw Trialist B presented with the cahnce to make it three as we headed towards the interval. He latched onto a loose ball before composing himself and cooly finishing into the bottom corner.

The highlight of the first half, and the match, came with the last kick of the 45 as Trialist A cut in on his left before curling a beautiful strike into the far top corner.

With just over 10 gone in the second period, Dan Nkrumah found the near corner for five. Trialist C drove forward with the ball well, evading a couple of challenges, before squaring to Nkrumah who reversed his finish back into the near bottom corner.

As the changes rolled in for United, fans also got the chnace to see club legend James Mulley on the pitch once again as he cameod for Penn.
