Maidenhead United is pleased to confirm its full plans for our dedicated Retro Day fixture on Easter Monday.

The Magpies will welcome Hampton & Richmond, captained by Alan Massey, but the former United skipper won’t be the only Maidenhead legend in town for the 3pm kick off.

As part of the festivities, Maidenhead United will be fundraising for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), with opportunities for supporters to donate throughout the day. The Alan Devonshire Suite will be transformed into the CALM Bar, where supporters can pay £5 in advance to pre-order food for half-time as well as an exclusive chance to meet Maidenhead United legends. A reserved seat in the main stand is included, and all proceeds will be donated to CALM.

Aimed at sparking conversations, the CALM fundraiser will see Maidenhead United players, staff and officials wear a special CALM t-shirt, which will be available to purchase from the Kelme store. In addition, a limited-edition pin badge will also be available, with a percentage of the proceeds from both the shirt and badge donated to CALM.

Retro Day brings with it retro pricing, and a number of special offers will be available to encourage all supporters, both home and away, to wear their favourite kit from a bygone era. Any supporter wearing a kit which pre-dates the current season will receive 10% off food and soft drinks at Stripes and the tea bars. In addition, Fosters for £4 will be available to purchase from Stripes throughout the afternoon.

Pre-game entertainment will be provided through long-standing Magpie Geoff Selvidge and the Maideleles outside Stripes, so come down early to enjoy some unique renditions of popular classics. Over in the Cage, Magpies favourite Sean Marks will be hosting a keepy-uppy challenge, with a prize for the winner as well as a charity raffle.

Ticket prices rise on the day, so make sure to purchase your tickets online for the best value. There’ll also be a special family ticket offer on the day, with two adults and three children eligible to enter for £40.
In addition to Marksy and promotion-winning goalkeeper Carl Pentney, we can confirm more MUFC legends who will be joining us on Easter Monday:
