Tyrese Dyce is a Magpie!

Welcome to York Road, Tyrese!
Maidenhead United are delighted to confirm their first summer signing as 23 year old Tyrese Dyce joins the club.
Tyrese was most recently with our local rivals Slough Town having come through the Academy programme at West Bromwich Albion. Having made appearances for the Baggies in the EFL Trophy, he was released in the summer of 2021 and signed for Sunderland, joining their U23 side. He made his senior professional debut for the Black Cats in an EFL Trophy game against Manchester United U23s, scoring a debut goal in a 2-1 win.
Tyrese has also featured for Spennymoor Town on loan from Sunderland. He was an important part of the Rebels side which took League 2 outfit Grimsby Town to an FA Cup replay. Operating predominantly at left back, Dyce scored four goals in 31 appearances for a Slough side which enjoyed an excellent season.
Magpies Chief Scout Lee Devonshire was delighted with the capture of Tyrese’s signature and he said: "Tyrese has been on our radar since last summer. He has spent most of his time at EFL clubs with West Brom and Sunderland. He signed for Slough this time last year and was a key part of their team that enjoyed a strong run in the FA cup. He can play anywhere down the left-hand side and has really strong physical attributes and at 23 is a great age to step back up to the National League and hopefully kick on again."
We welcome Tyrese to the club and wish him a fruitful spell with Maidenhead United.
