The council will shortly decide on the principle of releasing the land at Braywick.
If it agrees then the club will, in the first half of 2026, continue to engage and consult, draw up detailed designs and put them to the council and planners for a final decision.

Braywick Park Facilities
We want any new ground to enhance the park and make it an even more valuable community facility. From running to rugby, dog walking to kids play, padel to netball, we want to add value to everything else that happens at Braywick.
Ground design
This is an opportunity to use the very latest in design and materials to create a ground fit for the town and one we can be proud of. It needs to comfortable in its environment and built with sustainability in mind.
Biodiversity
As well as extensive sports facilities, Braywick is also home to a much-loved nature reserve. We are committed to enriching the biodiversity across the whole park with this proposal. The ground can bring with it enhancements which benefit the biodiversity and accessibility of the reserve.
Fan experience
Our fans are central to the overall success of the club. It is important that the ground works for them too.
