"WE ARE UNITED AS ONE"

BRAYWICK PARK SPORTS HUB

The Club needs new and improved facilities to support a more diverse and sustainable business, enabling an increase in the capacity and quality of our stadium, as well as providing enhanced sports and wellbeing facilities to support our ambitions for growth.

We are in the consultation stages of a planning application for the development of a new ”smart” stadium and facilities which celebrate and capture the spirit of our existing York Road ground and which will deliver:

An English Football League & National League compliant 5,200 capacity stadium with 2,100 seats, terracing behind each of the goals and reuse of our existing 550-seater stand.
A FIFA quality astro turf pitch within the main stadium which will vastly extend the number of teams that can play competitive games in.
A ¾ sized Astro turf training pitch to help grow our girls and junior programme.
Futsal/Wheelchair Sports Hall and centre of excellence.
Dedicated sports science and education facilities.
A state of the compact athletics facility incorporating a 300m running track, 100m sprint track and jumping and throwing facilities.
A transformed spectator experience with a new sports café, hospitality using a locally sourced produce, a “dry bar” and dedicated family seating.
We aim to deliver a new, high quality community stadium and associated facilities which will enable the club to connect with more people within the local community and increase engagement in a range of sports and wellbeing activities.
