Onariase joined Maidenhead United on an initial loan in December of 2024, before making the move a permanent one in the following summer. The now experienced defender learned his trade at Millwall and West Ham United, the Hammers would give Manny his first glimpse of professional football as he made the bench against Arsenal in 2015. He moved across London in the January of 2016 to joined Brentford, but despite impressing in their B team he only featured as an unused sub in their EFL Championship squads. He departed on loan to Cheltenham Town for the seocnd half of the 2016/17 season, making 22 league appearances. In August 2017, he joined Rotherham but would rejoin Cheltenham on loan just five months later. Onariase left for Dagenham and Redbridge in October 2018 in a loan deal that was extended until the end of the season before signing a further one-year contract. Upon conclusion of that contract, he joined League Two club Scunthorpe United where he made 62 appearances across two seasons. Manny returned to Dagenham in March 2022, making a further 44 appearances. Hartlepool United was the next step in his career, joining in July 2023, where he would make 41 total appearances.
