Callum Harriott joined United in the summer, ahead of the 2025/26 season. Harriott spent his younger years at Charlton Athletic rising through the ranks in what was a 16-year spell, including making his EFL League One debut at just 17. He would go on to make 86 appearances for The Addicks, scoring 11 times. During his time, he would earn a call-up to the England U19 squad for the Euro 2013 qualification round. Towards the end of his spell, he was sent on loan to Colchester United, where his impressed scoring 5 in 20 games. In 2016, he earned a move to Reading, he played 25 times for The Royals, scoring 5 including a brace against MK Dons in the EFL Cup. Harriott continued his international career with Guyana, receiving a call-up in March 2019, before playing in both the CONCACAF Nations League and Gold Cup. Upon leaving Reading, Callum returned to Colchester on a permanent deal where he made 64 appearance across two seasons scoring twelve times. Short stints at Gillingham and Yeovil Town were followed by just over a year at York City. He then headed to Ebbsfleet United where he would play 10 games before heading back to Berkshire to join Maidenhead United.
