Jayden-Mitchell Lawson signs

Following his departure from Ayr United, we can confirm the signing of youngster Jayden Mitchell-Lawson. 

 

Mitchell-Lawson has had spells across both England and Scotland during his career so far. He started his youth career at Swindon Town and has gone on to play for the likes of Derby County, Bristol Rovers, Swindon Town, and Ayr United. The 23-year-old scored his first professional goal for Bristol Rovers against Wycombe Wanderers back in 2020. 

 

The winger featured regularly in the Scottish Championship as well as the Scottish Premiership Playoffs for Ayr United last season and has joined the Magpies looking for a new challenge under Alan Devonshire for the upcoming 23/24 season. 

 

Mitchell-Lawson played the first half as a trialist against Thatcham Town last weekend.
