Our Wellbeing team have been busy!

Our Community Trust Wellbeing team have continued to provide support in the local area who need it the most and also encourage individuals to get involved in activities run within the Trust. 

 

A recent testimonial from one of those community members demonstrates the support we provide:

There l was lost, thinking l had no support until l bumped into a table at Braywick Leisure Centre with supportive volunteers. 

 

Since l joined the walking group l feel my confidence has started to grow. I am getting stronger. It’s definitely a group for motivation.
